Buddhist Recovery Group – no it is not for folks recovering from being Buddhists. This show features SGI member Mark Hackman, co-founder of BRG – The Buddhist Recovery Group is for those who suffer from, or because of, the disease of addiction. All are welcome as this disease effects us all in one way or another. The monthly BRG meeting is the third Saturday of the month @ South Bay Community Center at 7 PM. The topic is “The Unique Buddhist Perspective of Life and Death” and the lecture was given at Viento y Agua Coffeehouse and Art Gallery in Long Beach, CA.

We’re very excited, Episode 1 of Buddha In The Hood is now available! This episode is an interview of Jason Jarrett, the voice of A Buddhist Podcast, conducted by Linda Delmar and Linda Myring at the New Media Expo in Ontario, CA.
